Ordering Instructions:

1. REQUIREMENTS TO PLACE AN ORDER

a.) A current Federal Excise Tax Exemption form filed with us

i.) Our current customer has met requirement

ii.) This form is only valid for three years.

b.) A Purchase Order, Letter of Intent or Department's Requisition

i.) Any of these forms is required for each purchase unless your department has filed a blanket purchase order to cover a specific time period.

2.) FIND ITEM YOU WISH TO ORDER BY

a.) Scrolling down the page OR

b.) Picking from the TABS in the top portion of the page OR

c.) Typing a caliber and/or manufacturer in the Search Bar above ordering instructions.

3.WRITE YOUR PURCHASE ORDER, LETTER OF INTENT OR REQUISITION as per your

a.) Prices for State Contract items are valid for the life of the State Contract and are thus up to date and current.

4.) FAX YOUR PURCHASE ORDER TO US AT 772-569-2955

a.) When we receive your purchase order we will create a sales order which we will either fax or email an acknowledgement to you (as you request)

b.) Please understand that your ammunition will not be ordered from the manufacturer until your purchase order is processed into a sales order and, since we have no control over the manufacturer's run date, it is critical for you to get your purchase order to us as soon as possible so your order can be placed on the backorder list if the ammunition is not currently available.

5.) NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY -

a.) Your department must submit to us an original Federal Excise Tax exemption form

i.) You must indicate on the form whether you intend to use the form for a one time purchase or the time period which you are filing the form.

SHIPPING:

Prices bid shall include delivery to the Customer for orders totaling $100 or more. Orders of less than $100 will be shipped prepaid with transportation charges added to the invoice as a seperate item. Orders of less than $25 will not be processed. A minimum order for ammunition is one (1) case.
