You may be violating your local laws if you possess these items. As we do not know the laws where you live you should check with local law enforcement before buying/possessing any of these items.
Important Legal Notice
Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply cannot know or be aware of all the local, state, and federal restrictions regarding the products we sell. Therefore, Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered in our online store. These products include, but are not limited to: chemical sprays/munitions, ammunition, knives, fuses/flares, crowd control devices, firearms, and other items. When you place an order with us, you warrant that you are a legal adult without legal disabilities which would prohibit you from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state, or local laws. You also warrant that you are in complete compliance with local, state and federal laws.
SALE RESTRICTIONS BY STATE
Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply will not ship ANY merchandise including, Firearms, AR parts ( Receivers or stripped lowers), Magazines, Ammunition, Knives, Body Armor, Pepper Spray, Stun Guns, or Batons to the following states: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington DC, Wisconsin.
Exceptions For Firearms, Lowers, AR parts, Magazines, Ammunition, Knives, Body Armor, Pepper Spray, Stun Guns, or Batons :
- L.E.O.’s must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department’s superior officer stating that the lower will be used in the execution of the L.E.O.’s duties. Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.s.
- Not all of the states listed may have L.E.O. exemptions. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
- Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply does NOT ship directly to L.E.Os; the order must go to an FFL. Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply does NOT make exceptions for this policy.
- Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase lowers across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
No ammunition or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.
FIREARM SHIPMENTS:

WE SHIP ONLY TO VALID FFL DEALERS.
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers.
All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact their local FFL dealer about their shipment and request they send Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply a copy of their FFL license for transfer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. No transfer fees are charged by Lawmen’s & Shooters Supply to the FFL or to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply has an updated copy of the FFL license.
The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

All lowers will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact their local FFL dealer about their shipment and request they send Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply a copy of their FFL license for transfer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact your local FFL before ordering a lower to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. No transfer fees are charged by Lawmen’s & Shooters Supply to the FFL or to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the dealer to ensure that Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply has an updated copy of the FFL license.

CHECKING OUT WITH FIREARMS AND/OR LOWERS
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. Once you have placed your order, please have the FFL Dealer forward a copy of their FFL license to OnlineSales@lawmens.net. We must receive a copy of the FFL License in order to ship your product. If we do not receive your FFL within 72 hours your order will be cancelled. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
CALIFORNIA 2017 RESTRICTIONS:
Due to recent changes in California state law, Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply will not be able to ship so-called “assault weapons” to the state of California. Customers are responsible for all federal, state, and local laws.

AMMUNITION SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Before ordering ammunition, please check your local laws for any regulations due to the sale or shipment. Certain ammunition is a restriction in certain jurisdictions. Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply is not responsible for knowing the state laws of the purchaser.
Ammunition Shipping
In order to complete your purchase of small arms ammunition you must agree to the following: You are 18 years of age or older for the purchase of shotgun or rifle ammunition or 21 years of age or older for the purchase of handgun ammunition; There are no local, state or Federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing ammunition; You are not a fugitive from justice; You are not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substance Act, 21 U.S.C. 802); You have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been committed to any mental institution; You are not an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States; You have not been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions; You, having been a citizen of the United States, have not renounced citizenship; You have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence; You are not subject to a court order that restrains you from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner, child or person, or engaging in other conduct that would place an intimate partner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to the partner, child or person; You realize that ammunition can be dangerous and accept full responsibility and all liability for its safe use and storage; You have selected the proper ammunition and understand that ammunition is non-returnable. Ammunition is restricted from sale to CA, CT, DC, IL, NY, MA, NJ. You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition, and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
NOTE: All ammunition must ship via ground.
MAGAZINE ORDERING RESTRICTIONS:
Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply: ABIDES by all state regulations regarding the sale of high-capacity magazines.
It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities for their state of residency.
Knife Policy
All customers attempting to purchase a knife must be 18 years or older. Knives are sharp, and by purchasing the knife from Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply, you understand that it is not designed or intended for use as a weapon. It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding Knife policies for their state of residency. Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, as to any matter not expressly provided herein, including without limitation, the condition, quality, design, or fitness of the knife for use on any particular purpose. By acceptance of the knife, purchaser agrees that Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply, shall have no liability to purchaser or any person whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of the knife.
Body Armor Policy
United States law restricts possession of body armor for convicted felons. Many U.S. states also have penalties for possession or use of body armor by felons. It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state and federal laws regarding body armor. By purchasing body armor from Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply, you are certifying that you have not been convicted of any crime that would restrict you from being able to purchase or possess body armor under any Federal or State laws. Furthermore, you are acknowledging that you do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal purpose and that you are over the age of 18 years old.
PEPPER SPRAY, STUN GUN, AND BATON POLICY
It is up to the customer to know the laws and restrictions within his/her state, county and city.

ITAR SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain items sold and distributed by Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply may be subject to export and foreign trade control laws of the United States. These laws include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, 22 C.F.R section 120-130 (“ITAR”), and the Export Administration Regulations, 15 C.F.R. section 730-774, (“EAR”).
By purchasing any items from Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply, Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is familiar with and will comply with all requirements imposed by ITAR and EAR regulations, and other applicable laws.
Purchaser further acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is a U.S. Person, and does not intend to export such items after receipt from Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply without U.S. Government export authorization.
Lawmen’s & Shooters’ Supply reserves the right to suspend any transaction, if it has reason to believe that the transaction would require an export license or prohibited from exporting to the embargoed and sanctioned countries per the U.S. government and the United Nation Security Council.
